A graduate of Magdalen College, Oxford and the Centre for Journalism Studies, Cardiff, Hartley-Brewer previously worked for The Guardian Newspaper (1999 – 2000).
She has also appeared as a panellist on the BBC’s Have I Got News For You and appears on the panel of Question Time.
She can be seen from time to time previewing the newspapers on Sky News’ Press Preview.
In 2016, she supported Britain leaving the European Union during the EU referendum of that year.
