Matt Chapman, Dancing On Ice commentator, has been axed after just one show, according to reports.

The ITV show, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, kicked off last week but, according to the Daily Mirror, Matt’s commentary received mixed reviews for his voiceover.

The Sun, however, are reporting that Matt quit the show due to a scheduling clash

He currently serves as a reporter on ITV’s horse racing coverage and has previously worked for At The Races, the Racing Post and the Racing Channel.

He joined Dancing on Ice for series 10, which kicked off last Sunday. The previous commentator, Tony Gubba, passed away in 2013.
