Manchester City travel to France to take on Lyon in Group F of the UEFA Champions League at the Groupama Stadium this evening.
Goals from Maxwel Cornet and Nabil Fekir earned Lyon victory at the City of Manchester Stadium on matchday one despite Bernardo Silva’s second-half goal for the home side, a winning start to the French side’s bid to reach the round of 16 for the first time since 2011/12.
City have won all three games since then and sit three points clear of Lyon in the standings, with Hoffenheim on three, one more than Shakhtar Donetsk.
City – who have reached the round of 16 for the last five seasons – will be through with a draw and will clinch first place with a win.
Lyon will be through with a win and a draw will be enough if Hoffenheim-Shakhtar is also drawn due to their better head-to-head record against the German club.
The match will be shown live on BT Sport 3 from 7.15pm with live streaming on BTSport.com and via the BT Sport App.
Kick-off 8.00pm.
BT Sport will also air Manchester United’s clash with Young Boys on BT Sport 2 from 7.00pm this evening.
