The draw will be conducted during BT Sport’s coverage of the fourth round qualifying tie between Bishop’s Stortford and St Albans City, which kicks-off at 7.45pm.
The draw is scheduled to take place before the game, at around 7.10pm.
BBC Two will also have a live programme to cover the draw, where Mark Chapman presents from 7.00pm.
The first round of fixtures will take place on Saturday 7th November 2020.
