South Korea face Mexico at the Rostov Arena in Rostov-on-Don, Russia in World Cup 2018 this afternoon.
Mexico caused arguably the shock of the opening round of fixtures last Sunday, when they defeated reigning world champions Germany 1-0.
By contrast, South Korea were on the wrong end of a 1-0 scoreline, as their game against Sweden was settled by a VAR-awarded penalty scored by captain Andreas Granqvist.
The countries will be targeting this match as crucial to their chances of reaching the last-16 stage, with strong European opposition in the form of Sweden and reigning world champions Germany also competing for the two qualification places.
These nations have met once before at the World Cup finals, 20 years ago during France ’98.
The Group E encounter finished 3-1 to Mexico at the Stade Gerland in Lyon, with goals from Ricardo Pelaez and a Luis Hernandez brace cancelling out Ha Seok-Ju’s first-half strike.
Coverage starts at 3.25pm on ITV and ITV HD with live streaming via the ITV Hub. Kick-off 4.00pm.
Match commentary comes from Joe Speight and Iain Dowie.
