The 2020 National Football League draft will take place this weekend with live TV coverage on Sky Sports.
This will be the 85th annual meeting of NFL franchises to select newly eligible players, and would be conducted using an ‘entirely virtual’ format following the cancellation of a public event in Las Vegas due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Every year, the NFL’s 32 franchises have their pick – 254 picks, in fact – across seven rounds and three days as the cream of college football talent are given their chance to enter the league for the 2019 season.
Sky’s coverage gets underway at 10pm (Thursday 23rd April) on Sky Sports Action, and will run right through until the final selection of the first round.
Rich Eisen will anchor the NFL Network coverage with draft specialist Daniel Jeremiah on hand to offer his expert opinion through the day one drama.
Day two’s coverage begins at 10pm on Friday night, while day three starts at 3pm on Saturday afternoon – all live on Sky Sports Action.
