The 2017 NFL Draft will take place this week (27-29 April) in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art at Eakins Oval.

This will be the 82nd annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players, and marks the first time the draft has returned to Philadelphia since 1961.

The player selections will be announced from an outdoor theatre built on the famous Rocky Steps.

The Cleveland Browns currently possess the first overall pick, but have talked up the possibility of trading away.

Meanwhile, the New England Patriots do not have a selection in the opening two rounds, after securing the services of wide receiver Brandin Cooks in exchange for their first-round pick.

Mitchell Trubisky, DeShaun Watson, DeShone Kizor and Patrick Mahomes are just some of the quarterbacks hoping to find a home in the National Football League.
