The sixth round of the 2017 Formula One season takes place this weekend at the Circuit de Monaco in Monte Carlo.

Lewis Hamilton was victorious last year.

The British driver moved up from third on the grid to claim victory here last year, and will be hoping for a similar outcome this time around as he looks to regain the world championship he surrendered to the now-retired Nico Rosberg.

A hard-fought victory in Spain two-weeks ago saw Hamilton reduce the lead to Championship leader Sebastian Vettel from 13 to just six points.

All five sessions – three practices, qualifying and the race – will be shown live on Channel 4 and Sky Sports F1.

The action gets underway at 9am on Thursday morning with free practice 1. Sky Sports F1 will be live on air from 8.45am, Channel 4 from 8.55am.

Sky Sports F1 will be back at 12.45pm for the second free practice session, which starts at 1pm. Channel 4 is live from 12.55pm.

The third practice session begins at 10am on Saturday morning, live on Sky Sports F1 from 9.45am, Channel 4 from 9.55am. This is followed by qualifying (1pm start) with live coverage on Channel 4 from 11.55am. Sky Sports from 12pm.

Sky Sports F1’s main race coverage starts at 11.30am on Sunday morning, while Channel 4’s live coverage begins at 12.00pm
