Live Premier League Football on TV – Sunday 19 March 2017

Three games from the Premier League will be broadcast live on TV on Sunday 19 March.

Two will be shown on Sky Sports, one on BT Sports and highlights of all three on BBC’s Match of the Day 2 programme.

The day’s action gets under way on BT Sport 1 from 11.30am, where Middlesbrough host Manchester United.

United are unbeaten in eight league meetings since a 4-1 defeat on Teesside in October 2005. Boro are winless in 10 league games since Christmas, failing to score in seven of them.

Kick-off 12.00pm

Sky’s Super Sunday begins at 1.00pm on Sky Sports 1 with build up to Southampton’s visit to Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane.

The Saints have beaten Tottenham just once in their last nine league meetings – 2-1 at White Hart Lane in May 2016. It is one of only three victories the Saints have enjoyed in 17 Premier League visits to Tottenham.

Kick-off 2.30pm

The final encounter comes from the Etihad Stadium and features two teams – Manchester City and Liverpool – aiming to qualify for next season’s Champions League.

Liverpool’s form in 2017 has taken a turn for the worse, but a victory over a rival here could prove to be a huge morale booster, as they head into the final stages of the campaign.

Kick-off 4.30pm

Highlights of all three games will be shown on BBC MOTD 2 from 10.30pm on Sunday night!
