Golf: Masters 2016 – Live TV Coverage on BBC & Sky Sports

Sky Sports will broadcast live coverage of all four days of this year’s golf Masters from Thursday 7 April to Sunday 10 April 2016.

The BBC will show coverage of the final two days from Augusta National in Georgia.

While conditions on this famous course are notoriously difficult, Jordan Speith made light of such matters last year on his way to winning his first Major, establishing a new Masters record for the lowest 54-hole score, and helping himself to a four-shot lead over Justin Rose in the process.

While Spieth hasn’t been quite at his best in the early part of this year, the American is still among the favourites, with the European charge led by former world number one Rory McIlroy.

Sky’s coverage starts on Wednesday with “On The Range Live”, where we go behind the scenes on the range to see the world’s elite practice ahead of the opening major of the year. Coverage starts at 2pm – 4pm on Sky Sports 4.

From 7pm on Wednesday evening, Sky will air the Par 3 contest. This traditional curtain-raiser is held on a par 27 nine-hole course within the grounds of Augusta National.

Since the inception of this semi-social event in 1960, no golfer has ever won the par three contest and the Masters in the same year.
