The 2018/19 Carabao Cup final will take place today as Chelsea take on Manchester City at Wembley Stadium.
The sides will face each other in a League Cup final for the first time – both sides have won the trophy five times with only Liverpool winning it more often (eight times).
This is the first League Cup meeting between the teams since the third round in 1993-94, when Brian Horton’s City side won 1-0 at Maine Road with a goal from David White.
Match coverage begins at 3.30pm on Sky Sports Football and from 4pm on Sky Sports Main Event.
The match will also be streamed live via Sky’s internet services, Sky Go and Now TV.
Kick-off 4.30pm.
Free-to-air highlights will be shown on Quest at 9.00pm this evening.
