BT & Sky Sports announce LIVE TV Premier League fixtures for 2013/14

BT Sport and Sky Sports have announced their first batch of Premier League 2013/14 fixtures to be televised LIVE!

BT will broadcast 38 games this season, including 18 ‘top picks’ (first choices), while Sky will show a total of 116 games this season, the most any UK broadcaster has shown per-season.

The 2013/14 season will get underway with a clash at Anfield as Liverpool take on Stoke live on BT Sport. The match will take place on Saturday 17 August 2013 with a 12.45pm kick-off.

Sky’s first weekend of Live Premier League football will see last season’s top three – and their new managers – in action. Sky’s new Saturday Night football programme will air Swansea’s clash will the champions Manchester United.

This will be followed by the first Super Sunday of the new season, which sees the newly promoted Crystal Palace take on Tottenham Hotspur in a London Derby, and Chelsea – now managed by former boss Jose Mourinho – will host the npower Championship runners up, Hull City.

The opening weekend will conclude with the return of the Monday Night Football, where Ed Chamberlin, Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher will review the first weekend of action and preview Manchester City v Newcastle United.
