The 2021 Formula One season gets underway this weekend at the Bahrain International Circuit.

Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes goes into this weekend as the man to beat, having prevailed here and gone on to win his seventh world title last year.

Hamilton and rival Sebastian Vettel have dominated this race since 2012, with both drivers winning it on four separate occasions.

All five sessions – practices, qualifying and the race – will be shown live on Sky Sports F1, while Channel 4 broadcast highlights of qualifying and the race.

Qualifying starts at 3.00pm on Saturday. The Race goes off at 4.00pm on Sunday afternoon.
