Sky Sports will broadcast three games from the Premier League this afternoon as the final round of fixtures take place in the 2017/18 season.
The big battle going into the final day is the final UEFA Champions League spot.
Tottenham, who are currently third in the table on 74 points, are guaranteed a top-four finish, which leaves Liverpool and Chelsea battling it out for the final spot.
Chelsea are sitting in fifth place on 70 points and travel to Newcastle United on Sky Sports Premier League from 2.00pm.
Liverpool, however, are fourth with 72 points and only have to match what Chelsea do to claim a top-four finish. The Reds host Brighton & Hove Albion on Sky Sports Main Event from 2.45pm.
The final televised game comes from the Saint Mary’s Stadium, where Southampton entertain the newly crowned champions, Manchester City.
The Saints are almost certain to play in the Premier League next season as they have a much better goal difference than Swansea City – 36 points / GD -18 v 33 points / GD -27.
