The Judges’ Award for 2011/2012 goes to Susannah Schofield for her work with the John Schofield Trust.
The Trust was set up by the friends and family of the journalist John Schofield who was killed whilst working in Croatia on the BBC’s World Tonight programme.
The Trust set out to create a lasting memorial to John’s work and character by supporting new journalists.
