ITV News is to open a bureau in China to improve its coverage of breaking news from the world’s fastest growing economy.
The new Beijing bureau is expected to be operational later this year.

ITV News said it had a few candidates in mind to head the Beijing operation, but had yet to appoint a bureau chief.
