Chris Rogers is Leaving Sky News this weekend to join the ITV News Channel.
Chris starts work with the ITV News Channel on the 8th of August.
Chris has been freelancing for the last year, working at Sky News and also with the ITV News channel in the last few weeks.
Chris became a regular presenter on Sky News in the autumn of 2001 and was live on-air with Kay Burley when news broke of the September 11th terrorist attacks in the US.
Chris was the news reader on Channel 4’s new breakfast show, RI:SE from April 2002 to December 2002.
Chris has picked up numerous awards for his work including the Royal Television Society Young Journalist of the Year.
