Bell, Ramsay & Lane appointed as Five News reporters

Five News has today announced the appointments of three reporters as part of its new look when Sky News takes over production in January 2005.

Andy Bell will remain as the channel’s Political Editor, reporting on the main events in and around Westminster as well as travelling with the Prime Minister and other senior politicians.

Stuart Ramsay joins from Sky News to become Five’s Chief Correspondent. Stuart will report on all the major stories both in Britain and across the world.

Five has also announced the appointment of Peter Lane as Northern England Correspondent. Peter rejoins Five from BBC News where he was the Midlands Correspondent.
