Brian Hanrahan has died

BBC News correspondent Brian Hanrahan has died at the age of 61.

Hanrahan, a former diplomatic and foreign correspondent, died after a short battle against cancer.

Brian will be best remembered for the line: “I counted them all out and I counted them all back,” from his report from the South Atlantic during the Falklands war in 1982.
