contacting Sky News from their website

On Sky News' website there is a Feedback link which used to work and from which people very occasionally received a reply from the news ed team or IT dept/s at Sky. This is no longer possible. What happens when you ask them a question is simply that they send you an auto generated email response inviting you to their new 'feedback' panel. If you reply to this email, it bounces back as "undeliverable".

I find this really annoying as we all pay subscriptions to watch Sky and if we have genuine queries, they should be able to be answered. I wonder what the rest of you think or what experiences you have had. If they are just going to do that, they should remove the 'feedback' link as it serves no purpose.

Whats Sky's postal address?

That would be the most formal and official way of contacting them.
