OK this has probably been written about before but .............does anyone else get angry when EMMA CROSBY looks as is she is permanently smiling even when she is reading tragic news.Maybe she just has a mouth that does this but I find it totally off putting hearing about someone being killed and a newsreader who looks as if its a laugh !!!

Enough is enough !

Everybody's turning against her. Stop it right away !

Don't you understand that she's just mad at me and she thinks of me all the time,

even in the worst situations.

She just need sympathy, so no need to weigh her down with your critics.

Impossible, it is absolutely impossible she did so.

She's a monster of professionalism.

Or perhaps it is her side OLE OLE : bling bling and luxurious binge.

She's bonnie..shame for all the professional female journalists out there, who do not look like a model.

In saying that all the guys should try and look up Scottish TV's news programme on the net (if you can) Sarah Heaney is one of the main presenters. A former underwear model and star of various in flight videos.

No..that is just a simplistic conclusion to reach.

My main point is that there are many talented journalists out there - male or female. I can name many who are better than Emma, and that is nothing against her personally. News stimulates the mind not the other region of one's anatomy!!

Finally - you do not know what I look like - so don't insult me!!

Yes, I agree with you. Except the fact that there is no evil to appreciate good-looking weasel on TV which is also made to eye up.

Actually, it is a better addiction and stimulation than alcohol or drugs.

After these few words of wisdom, I want to add that Emma is not the only one who

makes me stand up.......If you get what I mean : I love journalists because they are physically intelligent.

She makes me stick on TV all the time like glue : I can't leave my comfortable sofa

without the help of someone else.

It means she's got strong powers over the masses, a kind of televisual spiritual leadership which each viewer needs : it 's beyond beauty, HIGHER THAN A FIX....

I've done enough or not ? Good promotion, isn't it ?

First of all - Emma Crosby is a good presenter. I want to apologise if I undermined her, as I have been tuning into her more over the course of the past few weeks. This is thanks to her loyal following on this forum.

Did anyone see that child reading story. Emma went into the left hand graphic box and the rest of the screen was filled with stat graphics. Has this been done before?? B)

I don't really see what you mean by the story of my.... her left hand and the graphic box, but I find her always innovative and ready to do something unpredictable. She distinguishes herself from others presenters from Sky and

others channels and I think it's quiet refreshing in this that conformist news world.

If she continues in that way, she may join me as a member of my Loony crew...

the left box (sometimes called over the shoulder graphic) and the main screen the rest of the screen.

I wouldn't go too far with my new found appreciation - I'm not stimulated by her in that way being a big cheesy puff.

I agree totally.. Zoe Cummings always looks as if she's about to burst out laughing. It is really annoying i have to switch channels.

I like Emma she really fluffs up sometimes and i get embarrassed for her but i can't help liking her.

Yep she is fine, although my favourite is Lorna.....very classy, great presenter who always gives a little hint that she is alot of fun. Never makes a mistake and seems able to work with any other co-presenter.

My favourite full stop though....is Charlotte Hawkins, presenter on Meridian News, just fabulous, really hoping that Sky see the potential, that would be fantastic!

She is an excellent presenter- up there with the likes of Juliette, Julie, Vivienne and Lisa. I would not say she is the best, but she is truly an excellent television news presenter/reader/caster/journalist.
