They wowed the judges at the double auditions, beat the competition at boot camp and made it through nine weeks of live studio rounds.
Now, the final three head to Wembley Arena to battle it out in the final.
Sam Bailey teams up with The X Factor’s very own Nicole Scherzinger to sing And I Am Telling You from the musical Dreamgirls, Nicholas McDonald performs Westlife’s Flying Without Wings with Shane Filan from the Irish boyband, and Luke Friend appears on stage with Ellie Goulding, singing her hit single Anything Could Happen.
Sam will also perform Edge Of Glory by Lady Gaga and The Power Of Love by Jennifer Rush; Nicholas will sing Candy by Robbie Williams and Angel by Sarah McLachlan; while Luke takes to the stage to perform We Are Young by Fun and What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction.
At the end of the show, Dermot O’Leary announces the results of the phone-in and the least popular contestant gets the chop, with the lucky two going through to the last stage of the contest on Sunday evening.
