MK1 (Charlie and Sim) have become the third act to be eliminated from X Factor 2012.
Once Labrinth feat Emeli Sande and JLS performed their new singles on tonight’s results show, host Dermot O’Leary revealed that Kye Sones and MK1 had received the fewest public votes and would have to sing again for their survival.
MK1 sang The Scripts’ The Man Who Can’t Be Moved, while Kye Sones performed I Can’t Make You Love Me by George Michael.
After both acts had performed, it was down to the judges to reveal which act they would like to send home.
Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh saved their own acts, whilst Nicole Scherzinger sent home MK1 and Tulisa chose to send home Kye Sones taking the vote to deadlock for the third this series.
Dermot revealed that the act polling the fewest votes and therefore leaving the competition was MK1.
