X Factor finalist star in M&S Christmas advert

This years M&S Christmas advert made its debut during the X Factor results show tonight.

The 60 second promo features ‘When You Wish Upon A Star’ performed by the X Factor finalist.

Marks and Spencer said: The M&S Christmas ad is always a highly anticipated event, but this year’s TV campaign has quite literally got The X Factor. To get you well and truly into the festive spirit, we’ve recruited The X Factor finalists to star in our Christmas extravaganza. This is an amazing coup, as it’s the first time that contestants from the hit show have ever appeared in a television advertising campaign together. In the ad, they perform a stunning version of the classic Disney track ‘When You Wish Upon A Star’ – recorded exclusively for us – with their individually soulful voices harmonising to create something goosebumpingly brilliant!
