Channel 4 News’ Darshna Soni has revealed she is battling breast cancer.
The Home Affairs Correspondent took to Twitter this afternoon to praise NHS staff at Nottingham University Hospital for the “fantastic treatment” she has received.
“Lots of debate about #NHS crisis. Have to say, I’ve received fantastic treatment for recently-diagnosed breast cancer at @nottmhospitals over last few weeks, big up all the nurses and staff.”
My chemo “cold cap” (supposed to help prevent hair loss during treatment) has been compared to Captain America – but I reckon its more like @THEWIGGYMESS Steve-stylee at @KuruptFM pic.twitter.com/KjnbXkuq7c
