Catherine Jacob is a former Environment Correspondent for Sky News.
She previously worked at Five News as a correspondent where she won several journalistic awards and secured a number of exclusives.
Catherine joined ITN in 2000 on the News Trainee Scheme, working across Channel 4, Channel 5 and ITV News. She then became a full time reporter for ITV News in 2002, working on a wide range of stories including the Soham Murder Trial.
Catherine went to Durham University where she received a BA Hons degree in Spanish and French. She spent a year abroad teaching English in Andalucia, Southern Spain.
Catherine is married and lives in London.
