The running order is as follows: 1. West Bromwich Albion v Chelsea; 2. Sunderland v Swansea City; 3. Manchester City v Leicester City; 4. Stoke City v Arsenal.
Gary Lineker will be live on BBC TWO from 10.10pm this evening.
The programme will be repeated on BBC One from 7.35am on Sunday morning and be made available on the BBC iPlayer from midnight on Monday (Tues morn).
Three games will take place on Sunday afternoon as Crystal Palace host Hull City (12.00pm), Liverpool travel to West Ham United (2.15pm) and Tottenham Hotspur take on Manchester United (4.30pm).
All three games will air on Sky Sports 1, while highlights will be shown on BBC’s MOTD2 from 10.30pm on BBC One, Sunday evening.
