The 2018 Royal Television Society Television Journalism Awards will take place tonight at the London Hilton, Park Lane.
BBC News presenter Reeta Chakrabarti will be handing out the awards from around 9pm as the coveted News Channel of the Year award will once again be contested by BBC News Channel, CNN International and Sky News.
The Daily News Programme of the Year will go to either ITV News at Ten, Victoria Derbyshire Programme or BBC News at Ten and Channel 4 News’ Jonathan Miller will battle it out with BBC News’ Orla Guerin and Sky News’ Stuart Ramsay for Television Journalist of the Year.
