WWE suspends Evan Bourne for a second time

World Wrestling Entertainment has once again suspended RAW superstar Evan Bourne for failing the company’s Talent Wellness Program.

WWE made an announcement on their corporate website this morning:

“STAMFORD, Conn., January 17, 2012 – In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE (NYSE:WWE) has suspended Matthew Korklan (Evan Bourne®) for 60 days effective Tuesday, January 17 for his second violation of the company’s policy.”

Evan Bourne and his tag team partner Kofi Kingston (Airboom) lost the WWE tag titles at a WWE live event on Sunday 15th January, 2012 to Primo and Epico.

On November 1, 2011 WWE announced that they had suspended Korklan for 30 days for his first violation of the company’s wellness policy.

Evan will return to the WWE two weeks before Wrestlemania 28.
