‘Michael’ will be the 11th episode of the third season of Glee, which will air in America on Tuesday January 31st, 2012.
The tribute episode to Michael Jackson will see Mr. Will Schuester declare “Michael Week” at McKinley High after some of the former Troubletones express regret over missing out on New Directions’ Jackson medley at sectionals.
The New Directions will officially be facing off with the Warblers at Regionals but before that they’ll go head to head in the Michael Jackson tribute episode.
Also in the episode, Quinn is the first senior to get news on her college plans, and Kurt and Rachel get news on their NYADA applications, while things get more intense for Mercedes and Sam.
Mark Salling, who plays Noah ‘Puck’ Puckerman, said: “Michael Jackson’s legacy is just so lengthy. Even if you don’t know you’re directly inspired by him growing up, indirectly you definitely were, if you’ve ever listened to the radio in your life.”
