Dancing on Ice will return to ITV for an eighth series this evening.
Over the next 10 weeks, a collection of celebrities will battle it out for viewers votes and the chance to be crowned Dancing on Ice Champion 2013.
Olympic skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean once again take on the challenge of mentoring the novice celebrities, taking them from Bambi on ice to Bolero on ice. And this year Dancing on Ice: The Skate Off comes with a devilish twist – the celebrities who find themselves in the bottom have to perform a brand new routine to survive in the competition.
The celebrities taking part includes: Baywatch superstar Pamela Anderson, pop star Shayne Ward, Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle, TV presenter Keith Chegwin, Eastenders actor Matt Lapinskas, Coronation Street’s Samia Ghadie, Olympic boxing gold medallist Luke Campbell, The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Goodger, comedian Joe Pasquale, rugby legend Gareth Thomas, TV presenter Anthea Turner and Labour politician Oona King.
Meanwhile the judging panel sees Robin Cousins joined by former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts, as well as familiar faces Karen Barber and Jason Gardiner.
